2. Which Data We Process
Website Visits
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data may be processed, such as IP address, time of access, requested resources, referrer, browser information and device information. This processing is used for secure delivery of the service, error analysis and system security.
Account, Booking and Project Handling
When users create an account or request a setup, Standora may process in particular: name, email address, phone number, event details, venue and address details, requested services, uploaded or submitted project information and communication in the request, booking or inbox context.
Partner and Referral Context
In the case of partner referrals, partner codes, referral links, assigned partner, venue and resulting attribution information may be processed in order to trace referrals back to the correct venue or partner.
Portal and Usage Data
The portals use locally stored data for session handling and user experience, in particular language preference, auth token, partner attribution and temporarily stored request drafts.
